Hi, I’m Shay — a proud Latina woman, wife, mom and Mimi. Through movement, connection and real conversations, I created Becoming HER to remind women that they can choose joy, confidence and a life that feels good.

A few things to know
Your questions, answered
Do I need dance experience?
No dance experience is required. All experience levels are welcome, and modifications are offered throughout.
Do I have to wear heels?
No. Heels are optional. Choose clothing and footwear that feel comfortable and allow you to move.
How much are private experiences?
Girls’ Night / Bestie starts at $320 for up to 8 guests, with $40 for each additional guest. Bachelorette starts at $400 for up to 8 guests, with $50 for each additional guest.
Do we need exactly eight guests?
No. The starting private package price applies to groups of eight or fewer. A Girls’ Night with six guests is still $320.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve my date?
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. Your booking is secured once availability has been confirmed and the required booking payment/deposit has been received.
Does Shay provide food or alcohol for collaborations?
No. The host provides food, beverages or champagne if desired. Collaboration travel fees are separate from the package price.
